Recently, the opening ceremony of the fifth class of SUNRUI Wind Turbine Blade Corporation's "Three-Year Action Plan for Cultivating Talents" was successfully held in Xiamen headquarters. General Manager Shi Junhu attended the opening ceremony and delivered an important speech.
Mr. Shi Junhu, the general manager of the company, firstly welcomed the arrival of the new trainees, and then explained the concept, purpose and significance of Honghu training program in depth, and expressed his earnest hope and requirements to the trainees. He encouraged everyone to study hard and master the relevant knowledge and experience seriously with the help of the base mentors and management team, and grow up quickly as the new backbone of each industrial base of the company.
At the opening ceremony, the Intelligent Manufacturing Center introduced the specific implementation plan of the company's Honghu training program, as well as the previous trainees' placement and assessments, so that new employees have a preliminary understanding of the company's current situation and future planning. Afterwards, Pang Wenzhi, the molding supervisor of Jiangsu SUNRUI base, as the representative of the third period of outstanding management trainees, shared his learning experience and work experience since joining the company, helping the trainees to integrate into the work quickly.
As a young talent cultivation project in the company's "14th Five-Year Plan", the Honghu training program has been carried out for five consecutive periods, training a total of 21 excellent front-line managers in various positions in production, adding momentum to the company's leapfrog development again.
