On August 22, the first onshore SR112 blade jointly developed by Sunrui Blade, Times New Materials and CRRC Zhuzhou Institute successfully rolled off the assembly line, adding a new member to the company’s onshore 100-meter ultra-large blade profile. The blade rolling off the assembly line not only marks a new breakthrough for Sunrui Blade in the field of new product trial production, but also represents the further upgrade of the company’s ultra-large onshore blade production capacity. It is a solid step towards a new stage of development of the wind power industry and a new journey of the company’s high-quality development.

This product is another 110-meter large-megawatt onshore wind turbine blade “made by Sunrui”. It is suitable for CRRC Zhuzhou Institute 10MW onshore wind turbines and has the advantages of strong wind capture capabilities and extremely high environmental adaptability. On the day the blades rolled off the assembly line, Sunrui Blade Tongliao Base held a ceremony. Chen Changchun, deputy general manager of the Wind Power Division of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, and his delegation, and Wang Lei, deputy general manager of Sunrui Blade, attended the offline ceremony.

Wang Lei, deputy general manager of Sunrui Blade, reviewed the landmark results achieved in the early cooperation between the two parties and expressed his gratitude to the Wind Power Division of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute for its trust and support. The Wind Power Division of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute is a leading new energy innovation technology company in China. Its excellent market development capabilities and Sunrui Blade’s strong R&D capabilities complement each other. The SR112 blade project is the first project jointly implemented by both parties at Tongliao base. Sunrui Blade will stick to the goal of "100% improving efficiency, 100% checking quality, and 100% achieving tasks" and adhere to the business philosophy of "innovation leadership, quality first, and customer supremacy". With meeting project needs as its core, the company will fully mobilize all resources and capabilities to manufacture blade products with excellent performance, high reliability, and good returns to ensure high-quality delivery of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute wind turbine blade projects.
